 The First Response course at County HQ in Hixon on Saturday, May 12 is  now FULL.  However, another course will be held on June 23. Download the booking form from the Training Opportunities section of the website.

  Calling all gardeners! A Gardeners' Evening will be held at Copeland Cottage in Maer on May 16, starting at 7pm. There will be a plant sale, woodland walk to see the bluebells and a question time with gardening experts. Download the flyer here
   Are you interested in taking part in an International trip as a leader? There's an opportunity to find out what it entails and what trips are planned for 2013 on May 3 at Hixon, starting at 8pm. International adviser Jo Ross is looking for leaders for a trip to Croatia and also for the Poacher international camp in Lincolnshire. Why not pop along and find out more about the fun you can have being part of an international trip?

   INTOPS weekend for selection for GOLD (Guiding Overseas Linked with Development) trips in 2013 is taking place 28-30 September 2012 at Woodhouse Park Activity Centre near Bristol.  These trips are for girls aged 17-30.  Applications open this spring and will be able to apply through Girlguiding UK website, but girls can join the mailing list by emailing intops@girlguiding.org.uk
